We had a great experience. We submitted our dossier in June 2008 and got our referral in September 2008. Our daughter was 4 months old when we got the referral.

Please pm with any info on LSSMN Colombia Children of Promise program. From what I have been able to find on LSSMN in general it is good with a few negatives. However I have not found anything from anyone who has participated in the Children of Promise program. Thanks Chrissy
